 Tim
Gallagher:
Klapvisor Bascinet completed February 2005, based on a Picture from Brian R. Price's book "Techniques of a Medieval Armour Reproduction", Page 378.

Made using 14 gauge hot rolled mild steel.

The first 3 are pictures of the Klapvisor I made.
The last picture is from Brian Price's book.
Tim wished to put in the breaths and oculars himself

 Manuel Arija:
Fantasy Armour for the Spanish Movie
"Armadillo de Valor".
Completed March 2005.

Made using 18 and 20 gauge mild steel.

From drawings provided by the designer, like the 1st two pictures, and through discussions, I provided the Film Studio with the following armour.
The two at the top right are pictures with the actor inside.  You can see that it fits a lot better on him than on the armour stand in the pictures in the next row

These pictures were taken with the armour on an armour stand.
The armour Stand is for armour about 5'6" to 6'2".
The skirt of the Armadilo armour should end just below the knees when he is standing.
As you can see it is designed to be HUGE!
My Friend Dale from Alchemy Armory and his daughter Gwenyth are standing beside the beast in the last picture, Dale is 5'6"

Adam V:
     Sallet completed July 2005.

Made using 14 gauge hot rolled mild steel and stainless steel bars.

Adam wished a replaceable grill visor and I made it in the shape of his mild steel visor.  There is a pin locking system at the pivot of the visor based on a picture seen on the armour archieve, thank you for the idea.

 Ryan Marshal:
     Finger gauntlets completed July 2005.

Made using 16 gauge hot rolled mild steel and 20ga brass.

Ryan wished finger gauntlets similar to Dean Grey's, with a darker black finish.
I painted the mild steel with black gloss Tremclad.
